One: We give thanks to you, God, with our whole heart;
All: We sing your praise;
One: We bow down in your holy temple and give thanks.
All: For your steadfast love and faithfulness,
One: We sing praises, for great is your glory!
All: May your name be exalted and your word above everything!

Litany of Confession:
One: We give you thanks, O God,
All: For your steadfast love and faithfulness.
One: Sometimes in our pride we think of ourselves more highly than we ought.
All: You remind us to take a sober look at ourselves,
One: That we might recognize our own blind spots.
All: You remind us not to be conformed to the greed of this world,
One: That we might be open to your transforming grace,
All: That we might have a renewed vision of your will.
We give you thanks, O God, with our whole heart.
