Call to Worship for 26 May 2013

One: O God, Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer, how majestic is your name in all the earth!

All: You have set your glory above the heavens!

One: When we look at your heavens, the work of your fingers;

All: When we look at the moon and the stars that you have established,

One: We are filled with awe and amazement!

All: We know that you have lived among us as Jesus Christ,

One: And we feel the love that has been poured into our hearts through your Holy Spirit,

All: O God, our Sovereign, how majestic is your name in all the earth!

Call to Celebration:

L: O LORD, our Sovereign, how majestic is your name in all the earth!

P: When we look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,

L: The moon and the stars that you have established,

P: We wonder, what are human beings that you are mindful of us, that you care for us?

L: You have given us dominion over the works of your hands;

P: All sheep and oxen, and also the beasts of the field,

L: The birds of the air, and the fish of the sea,

ALL: May we truly embrace our role as beings created by you in your image.
